At the heart of the MWC methodology is the principle that everyone benefits when everyone benefits.
Many years of managing supplier relationships on both sides of the equation has taught that maintaining a balance of benefit and cost across the relationship builds more valuable and resilient business relationships. Once competence has been proven and confidence gained, it is the strength of that relationship which will pay dividends for both sides.
The MWC methodology consists of four stages: Strategy, Selection, Transition and Governance.
Each of these stages consists of a number of practices that are designed to deliver a robust vendor relationship that delivers the desired goals of value and stability for all parties.
